Block Scheduling at CNHS

The 2018-2019 academic year introduces each and everyone in our school to the modern method of block scheduling. Block scheduling has various advantages and disadvantages. In order to briefly look at the brighter side, it is very beneficial for every student at CNHS, as it caters to our educational differences. We spend more time in each class every day, which means that we get to learn and do more by utilizing the time throughout the period. We do not have to struggle a lot with pacing, and we get the chance to ask questions which we are uncertain of.

In my opinion, I really think this block scheduling process will more likely impact my learning and how I am progressing in studies. This also assists with paying attention for a longer period of time. When it comes to college, I will be ready to learn from the teacher teaching the lesson for an extensive hour. The block also enables students to be in the same lunch unit. So, people can meet their friends during lunch at any time. This schedule has many variations from last year’s. I know that each and every student at Colts Neck High School will get impacted by and will grow to love this method.
