Mindfulness is very beneficial for your daily life; it helps you remain calm and reduces anxiety. The Mindful Mornings club is held in the Media Center at 8:10 am on Wednesday mornings. Mrs. Ottone usually leads the group. When we get there, we talk about reducing anxiety in different ways. Then, we practice our meditation and breathing exercises for about five minutes. The main goal of these techniques is to help students relax and to focus on the present rather than worrying about their past and future. This really helps students in their daily tasks. When you in walk into the class, your mind feels fresh, and you are more focused! This club is offered to all students and faculty. We hope to see you there soon!
