Introduction

By now, most people are aware of Sean Combs, otherwise known as P Diddy, Puff Daddy, or a variety of other nicknames, and his massive scandals. Once an honored and admired music mongol, now his reputation and credibility has taken an incredible blow. Various allegations, both in and out of the courts of law, have been made. In May 2025, Sean Combs’ trial will commence and a judgment will be made. In the meanwhile, rumors are flowing and accusations after accusations are being made.

Pt 1: The Raid of P Diddy’s House & His Arrest

House Raid

Federal officials (Homeland Security Investigations agents) raided Comb’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami on March 25, 2024. Investigators wearing protective gear and carrying weapons seized a variety of firearms, “including three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers, as well as a drum magazine,” and electronic evidence that belonged to Combs.

After seeing the videos in the electronic evidence, authorities started locating the individuals found in those videos. They were asked for statements, and those who responded confirmed the fact that they were not voluntarily doing the activities that were recorded.

The raids are a part of investigations into Combs involvement in human trafficking, sexual assault, and solicitation & distribution of illegal narcotics & firearms. He has denied the variety of crimes that he’s been accused of and is repeatedly maintaining his innocence. Combs claims that those women are only looking for money: “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.” Marc Agnifilo, his attorney, even refers to Combs as “an innocent man with nothing to hide.”

However, during the raid, investigators discovered and seized narcotics and over a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant, which were highly suspected, if not practically confirmed, to have been used in “Freak Offs,” which were violent sex events that Combs hosted and directed for his own personal benefit. (Freak Offs will be explained more thoroughly later in the indictment section.)

Combs reacted to the house raids by making comments on how it was a “witch hunt” and an “ambush.” He claimed the authorities used “a gross level of military-level force” and that there is “no excuse” for the “hostility exhibited by authorities, or the way his children and employees were treated.” The authorities responded that what they did was standard practice, especially knowing that Diddy owns firearms and hires bodyguards.

Combs’ Arrest

Sean Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024 at a Manhattan hotel. Apparently, he had gone to New York in anticipation of possibly getting arrested. Federal officers detained him on an indictment with charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The next day, Combs pleaded not guilty in federal court to those charges.

Pt 2: Diddy’s Indictment & Sentencing

An indictment is a formal written accusation that a person has committed a crime. It means that investigators have determined that they have enough evidence to bring someone to a criminal trial, and the indictment is to find whether there is enough evidence to possibly charge someone. Federal indictments have a 97% conviction rate.

Racketeering is an organized crime, involving fraudulent, exploratory, and/or coercive activities for the purpose of gaining money, usually through methods of fraud, extortion, bribery, threats, etc. Often, racketeering is disguised as legitimate business dealings.

Synopsis of Comb’s Indictment

The indictment is extremely straightforward yet quite repetitive, so the following paragraphs will consist of the indictment in a paraphrased and shortened format.

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): Overview

For decades, Combs has been abusing his power and influence to boost his wealth and satisfy his personal (sexual and otherwise) desires, using his employees to disguise his actions as legitimate business dealings and to cover up his criminal activities. His alleged crimes include, but are not limited to, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.

Combs persistently abused women and others: verbally, emotionally, physically, and sexually. He manipulated people, mostly women, to perform in detailed, pre-planned sexual performances, even flying in male commercial sex workers for this purpose. With a combination of narcotics, threats of financial security, threats to one’s career, intimidation, and violence, Combs forced his victims to obey him.

From at least 2009 and onwards, Combs would assault women by striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking. Combs would not just assault those with personal relationships with him, but also employees, witnesses, and others. Combs has bribed members of a staff to ensure silence.

Combs was the leader of an enterprise made up of multiple corporations, known as the “Combs Business.” Combs used those companies, as well as the employees of those companies, to cover up his crimes. Whether voluntary or involuntary, the sheer number of employees combined with his influence and power allowed his criminal activities to persist for so long.

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): The Combs Enterprise

From at least 2008 and onwards, Combs and associates were a part of a criminal organization known as the “Combs Enterprise” or simply just the “Enterprise.” They would participate in “sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice,” among other activities. His associates include his security & household staff, personal assistants, high-ranking supervisors, and others.

The Combs Enterprise was involved in both interstate and foreign commerce.

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): Purposes of the Combs Enterprise

There are eight listed purposes of the Combs enterprise: to be a global business in various areas of entertainment; “protecting” and “enhancing” the “power, reputation, and brand” of Combs; “enriching” the “members and associates” of his Enterprise, including anyone who shows loyalty; maintaining and “enhancing” power through “violence, use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse”; satisfying Combs’ personal desires, mostly sexual, by exploiting women and using sex workers; allowing the Enterprise to “engage in unlawful acts of violence,” regarding the treatment of sex workers and “concealing the commission of such act”; and ensuring complete loyalty through violence and threats; protecting the Enterprise and its “members and associates” from “detection and prosecution” with various illegal intimidation and manipulation tactics towards witnesses.

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): Means and Methods of the Enterprise

The indictment describes “Freak Offs” as “extended sex acts” where Combs would use various forms of threats to force women to participate with male commercial workers. Under a “pretense of a romantic relationship,” Combs would “intimidate, threaten, and lure” those women into his sphere of influence, then force them to perform various sex acts. Freak Offs were “elaborate and produced sex performances” that were directed and arranged by Combs himself, and he often masturbated during them and recorded them as well. The recordings were often made without the knowledge and consent of the victims. The Freak Offs occurred frequently, and sometimes they would even last the span of multiple days. Combined with the fact that Combs would give drugs to the victims “in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant,” IV fluids were apparently necessary for the victims to recover from “physical exertion and drug use.”

“Members and associates” of the Enterprise “facilitated the Freak Offs” through various methods, including booking hotel rooms, stocking them with “required Freak Off supplies,” cleaning the rooms to “mitigate room damage,” “arranging travel” for those involved, paying the commercial sex workers, and “scheduling the delivery of IV fluids.” Such supplies of the Freak Offs included “controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lighting.”

Combs physically, emotionally, and verbally abused victims to participate in Freak Offs. He held his power and influence over their heads with not just violence, but also threatening their livelihood and wellbeing: “promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support, and by other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating the victims’ appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and supplying them with controlled substances.” At times, not just during Freak Offs, Combs would assault his victims which resulted in injuries “that took days or weeks to heal.” He would use the recording from the Freak Offs as blackmail for “the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”

Combs and the people of his Enterprise carried firearms to “intimidate and threaten others, including victims of and witnesses to his abuse.”

The people of the Combs Enterprise allowed Combs to maintain power over his victims by “following his directions regarding financial payments to victims, advancing or suppressing the victims’ career opportunities, and acquiring the controlled substances.” At times, they would witness Combs’ acts of violence “without intervening.” They even “helped conceal the violence and abuse” through “monitoring and preventing victims from leaving locations” and “locating and contacting victims who attempted to flee his abuse.”

Whenever an employee was able to threaten Combs’ “authority or reputation,” Combs and his Enterprise would commit acts of violence, including kidnapping and arson; threats of violence and/or financial and reputational harm; and verbal abuse.” Time and time again, Combs “threw both objects and people, as well as hit, dragged, choked, and shoved others.”

Specifically, in 2023, when Casandra Ventura filed a case against Combs, he and his Enterprise “pressured witnesses and victims, including through attempted bribery, to stay silent.” Again, Combs manipulated the victims and “provided… a false narrative of events in an effort to conceal COMBS’ crimes.”

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): The Racketeering Conspiracy

From at least 2008 and onwards, as mentioned before, Combs and his Enterprise “knowingly combined, conspired, confederated, and agreed together and with each other to violate the racketeering laws of the United

States.” These crimes include numerous occasions of kidnapping; arson; bribery; “tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant”; forced labor; sex trafficking; transportation of sex workers for illegal sexual activities; and possession of, with intent to distribute, “narcotics and controlled substances, including cocaine, oxycodone, alprazolam, 3,4-Methy lenedioxymethamphe- tamine, 4-Bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethy lamine, gamma hydroxybutyric acid, and ketamine.”

COUNT ONE (Racketeering Conspiracy): Notice of Special Sentencing Factor

By committing racketeering, Combs also “knowingly recruit[ed], entice[d],

harbor[ed], transport[ed], provide[d], obtain[ed], advertise[d], maintain[ed], patronize[ed], and solicit[ed] by any means a person,” while knowing and completely disregarding the fact that he used “force, threats of force, fraud, and coercion… to cause the person to engage in a commercial sex act.”

COUNT TWO (Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, or Coercion): Victim 1

Combs is charged with the exact same crimes as listed in the previous paragraph, except specifically against Victim 1. Combs “attempted, aided and abetted, and willfully caused Victim-1 , to engage in commercial sex acts, knowing and in reckless disregard of the fact that Victim-1 was engaging… as a result of force, fraud, and coercion.”

COUNT THREE (Transportation to Engage in Prostitution)

From 2009 to 2024, Combs transported people for the purpose of them participating in prostitution.

FORFEITURE ALLEGATIONS

A forfeiture is an action in the steps of a criminal prosecution. It is an act against the defendant and requires the government to charge the defendant and the property they used or gained from the crime. “If the defendant is convicted and the property is deemed forfeitable, the court issues an order of forfeiture.”

The defendant must give up all gains, including the Enterprise, property, money, etc. received from racketeering activities.

The defendant must give up all property used in the crimes described in Count Two (sex trafficking).

The defendant must give up all proceeds and property gained from Count Three (transportation to engage in prostitution).

Substitute Assets Provision

A paragraph describing what shall be substituted in place of the property listed above if Combs cannot locate the property, has already sold the property, has diminished the value of the property, the court does not have legal jurisdiction to control the property, has commingled said property with other property and cannot subdivide them, and if the court does not have legal jurisdiction to control the property.

If found to be guilty, the court is allowed to seek any property of Combs “up to the value of the above forfeitable property.” If convicted, Combs will lose a majority, if not all, of his wealth.

In conclusion, as made obvious through the indictment, there is a clear pattern of Combs’ actions and behaviors. He is a businessman who ran an empire, all for his own personal gain. He is someone with a long history of violence and abuse, and is clearly not above using his wealth and influence to fulfill his twisted desires.

Sentencing & Jail

Combs has requested and was denied bail from two federal judges, who have said that he “is a danger to the community and a risk to flee” and may lead to “potential witness tampering.”

Regardless, despite the seemingly endless mounds of evidence placed against him, Diddy has pleaded not guilty to any and all charges. His attorneys have suggested a $50 million bail, which both judges also declined. Combs’ defense team persisted and is now suggesting house arrest with “around-the-clock security monitoring” and “near-total restrictions” on Combs’ contact with anyone other than his attorneys.

Currently, however, Diddy is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His behavior shows signs of obstructing justice, as he has convinced his family to influence the potential jury of his criminal proceedings. He got his kids to post a video celebrating his birthday, then analyzed the analytics of his social media, and “explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had his desired effect on potential jury members in this case.” If Combs was released from jail, he would most likely try to bribe or threaten those with large amounts of evidence against him, which would hinder the justice system’s ability to accurately sentence Diddy.

But if convicted, his charges are serious and could result in decades in prison. Just from the racketeering alone, he could get a minimum of 20 years and up to life in prison. For the charges of trafficking, that goes from 15 years to life in prison, and the transportation for purposes of prostitution charge can be up to 10 years.

Pt 3: Cassie Ventura’s Lawsuit & the Hotel Incident

One of the key factors that contributed to Diddy’s downfall was none other than his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Ventura is a well-renowned singer and was in a decade-long on-and-off relationship with Combs from the early 2000’s until their eventual break up in 2018. This break up occurred two years after the infamous video of the domestic violence present in their relationship was recorded by hotel security footage.

Hotel Footage

For those unaware, a video from 2016 was leaked by CNN earlier in 2024, depicting Combs brutally assaulting Ventura after she is attempting to leave their shared hotel room. The contents of the video are very difficult to watch for many, but here is essentially a play-by-play: The video begins with Venura entering the hallway and Combs running after in nothing but a bath towel, yelling at her the whole time. It is said that prior to this encounter, Combs was intoxicated and hit Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye and prompting her to leave. As the video continues, Combs tries to grab at her and then throws multiple glass vases at her, causing her to try and escape through the elevator. Unfortunately, Combs caught up to her and grabbed her from behind, throwing her violently to the ground. From there, he kicks Ventura multiple times and drags her back to, presumably, their hotel room.

Ventura’s Lawsuit

Overall, the video is very indicative of what Combs’ character is like and fully supports the rhetoric being pushed by the multiple allegations against him. On the topic of allegations, Ventura filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against Combs over a year ago on November 6, 2023. The lawsuit alleged rape, abuse, and sex trafficking. The lawsuit was settled by Combs and Venura merely a day later, but that did not cease Ventura’s allegations against him.

Ventura claims that Combs would consistently drug her and beat her over the course of their relationship, the latter of which was evidently proven in the 2016 security footage. Ventura continues on to say that Combs would force her to engage in inappropriate acts with male sex workers at his Freak Offs, as well as sexually assault and rape her at her home after he broke in in 2018. She discussed how she attempted to date Kid Cudi, which motivated Diddy to tell her he would blow up Kid Cudi’s car, which he actually proceeded to do in 2012. Unfortunately, Ventura wasn’t the only girlfriend of Combs who was a victim of his cruelty.

Pt 4: Summary of Kim Porter’s Memoir

Sean Combs and Kim Porter began dating in the 90’s, having their first child in 1998 and continuing to have two more children later on in their relationship. However, just like with Combs and Ventura, their relationship was never stable and also considered a consistent on-again-off-again situation, until they officially broke up in 2007.

And as one can assume, their relationship was also far from healthy. It got to a point where Porter would make multiple diaries detailing her relationship with Diddy, as well as his many illegal endeavors. When the couple got into an especially tough situation, Porter threatened to publish these entries as a memoir and exploit Diddy for who he truly was. However, Porter was far too fearful for her life to actually publish it before Diddy faced legal action. Unfortunately, Porter died in 2018, before her memoir could be published.

But, since more information has been getting revealed about Diddy and the case has been gaining more popularity in the past year, Porter’s memoir has officially been published by her friends, allegedly. The memoir published is not actually confirmed to be Porter’s, and could potentially be a fake, since there are many typos and even some factually incorrect information. But many think otherwise as the events described in the 60-page memoir are far too graphic and specific to be forged, and do line up far too well with certain events.

The supposed memoir begins with Porter calling Diddy a “Devil in disguise” and a “wolf in sheep’s clothing,” already setting the tone of what’s to come later on. Throughout the memoir, Porter would relay multiple incidents of Diddy abusing her, one time even alleging he threw a chair at her. A specifically notorious event that took place in this memoir is Diddy requesting/demanding Porter to engage in sexual acts with him. When she denied, he would beat her profusely and force her to do so anyway.

Unsurprisingly, Porter would also link Diddy to MANY celebrities. From something small, such as Diddy hooking up with Mary Jane Blige, to something worthy of a life sentence, such as placing a hit on Tupac and even being supposedly confronted by said hit by Quince Jones’s daughter at an award show. The hit on Tupac was especially a controversial point, as many have speculated for years that Diddy was the mastermind behind his death, and Porter herself was even dating Tupac behind the scenes.

This is not the only hit Diddy was speculated to have been a part of, as the author claims that Jay-Z, who allegedly slept with Diddy, told the latter to kill Biggie Smalls, as he felt Biggie was overshadowing him. Further evidence is added on to this when Porter would write that Diddy was upset that Biggie left their shared record label to go solo, similarly to how Tupac was leaving his respective label for the same reason. She would then say that Diddy hired a person named Faith Evans to spy on Biggie before killing him.

The memoir also describes many of Diddy’s relationships, in addition to Jay-Z and, of course, Porter herself. It is stated that Diddy was potentially having intimate relations with Jada Smith and even her husband, Will Smith. In addition, it is public knowledge that Diddy dated Jennifer Lopez at one point (and is notably the only one of Lopez’s exes that do not speak poorly of her). Porter stated that Diddy claimed to have only been dating Lopez to cover up his sexuality. But don’t be mistaken, Porter was also doing her fair share of dating at the time. However, Porter’s love life was far less successful than Diddy’s. Somehow, all of the men Porter dated randomly died of pneumonia, which is the same way Porter would die in 2018. The same thing happened when Porter met up with a Hollywood producer, who also supposedly died of pneumonia. It’s no stretch to say that pneumonia was likely not what actually killed these men, but something–or someone–else altogether.

Diddy and Kim’s relationship was also, as stated previously, extremely toxic. After Porter became pregnant with their child, Diddy would force her to participate in freak-offs against her will during her pregnancy.

However, things would take a turn when Porter would allegedly find a large collection of secret tapes stored in Diddy’s vault, all of which containing videos from the freak-offs. Porter would write that these tapes would contain famous celebrities, such as the likes of Justin Bieber, Bow Wow, and Usher, as well as many other underage males.

Porter would purposely sleep with Diddy to collect the tapes, where she would copy them and store them on the web for herself. Eventually, Diddy speculated what she was up to and raided her house for the tapes, but couldn’t find anything since they were all already copied in the cloud.

Porter wrote all of this down as she claimed that if anything were to happen, the truth would eventually be revealed. Even though Porter died before her memoir could be officially published, she still remains a key part in Diddy’s indictment. And although no one can say for certain whether or not the memoir was faked, it can be sure that the truth is being revealed in present time and Diddy’s victims, including Porter will be served justice.

Pt 5: Theories

Now, some curious readers may wonder, “How did Kim Porter die?”, a reasonable question in the case of P. Diddy. Her official autopsy claims pneumonia. Well, her second autopsy.

To keep it brief, many theorize that Porter’s death wasn’t all that it seemed, and there are many factors that contribute to that speculation. For one, it is exceedingly rare for someone to die from pneumonia before they even reach their 50’s, since the sickness normally fatally affects those over the age of 60. In addition, it was reported that Porter’s original coroner said the cause of death was poisoning. However, this same coroner mysteriously passed away soon after and was replaced by someone new, which is where we now get our present “confirmation” of her death being caused by pneumonia. Overall, very suspicious and it is difficult to not see any foul play.

However, this is only one of the many theories involving P. Diddy and what he has done. One of the most popular theories, which has now become a commonplace meme, is that Beyoncé was heavily involved with Diddy and his immoral expenditures. This roots from her being seen with Diddy before, as well as her husband, Jay-Z, being considered one of Diddy’s closest friends. This theory is given further credence from the whole “Thank you, Beyoncé” trend, which stems from multiple Grammy winners taking a good amount of time in their speech to thank Beyoncé, out of fear that she will harm them.

But, why would they even fear this in the first place? This is because many speculate that Beyoncé, along with Diddy and Jay-Z, take out anyone who usurps Beyoncé in popularity. The theorists’ key piece of evidence being Aaliyah. For those unaware, Aaliyah was a popular singer back in the mid 1990’s–early 2000’s who died in a plane crash in 2001. Many believe that Beyoncé was behind this since, at the time, Aaliyah was rapidly overtaking Beyoncé in popularity. In addition, the circumstances surrounding Aaliyah’s death are very suspicious. For instance, Aaliyah was known to be deathly afraid of planes and had even begged not to be put on the very flight that would kill her moments before. What’s even more suspicious is that Aaliyah was confirmed to be unconscious, and even possibly drugged, when on the plane, possibly suggesting that someone put her on that plane without her consent.

Aaliyah’s death is only one of the many deaths that Diddy is speculated to be a part of. The most famous theory of all is that he killed Tupac, for reasons still being debated today. This is mainly because Tupac’s killer alleged that Diddy offered him approximately $1 million to end Tupac’s life. More information has recently come to light involving Tupac’s death, in which Tupac claims that he had almost died once before and believed DIddy to be the cause. Tupac elaborates further by saying that he was once invited to Diddy’s home, where he proceeded to be raided, attacked, and then shot five times. Miraculously, Tupac survived the attack and went to the elevator to seek help. When the elevator doors opened, he saw Diddy, along with Biggie Smalls (another celebrity Diddy was suspected to have killed) and many others, who did not look surprised with his injured state at all.

Diddy’s suspected killings only get more wild from here. Many attribute J. Cole to being aware of these murders, due to his recently trending song “She Knows” that was taken off YouTube soon after it was trending on TikTok. In the song, J. Cole pays respects to Aaliyah, Left Eye, and Michael Jackson. Conspiracy theorists believe that Diddy was involved in all of these deaths, considering that all three died under suspicious circumstances and all died on the fourth of the month. The chorus that shares the title of the song, “She Knows,” is believed to be referring to Beyoncé, as she is allegedly aware, and even participated, in these murders.

Cole’s song is not the only song affiliated with this case, as Kanye’s “Famous” has also risen in popularity, although not as much as “She Knows,” as a result of this investigation. More specifically, for the music video; a large bed is shown, very similar to the 50ft bed that was described to be in Diddy’s freak-offs. The fact that there are many explicitly naked people on this bed further pushes that agenda. In addition, when the song is over, Kanye thanks multiple celebrities. This list includes, but is not limited to, Bill Cosby, Caitlyn Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Donald Trump, all four of whom have been affiliated with Diddy in some way or another.

For those who already have prior knowledge of the case, you may be confused as to why we left out a certain key detail: Justin Bieber. This is because, believe it or not, there is no solid evidence that Bieber had been molested or groomed at Diddy’s “Freak-Offs.” Nonetheless, there is a large amount of evidence that strongly indicates that he was. To begin, Diddy wanted to become Bieber’s mentor ever since the latter was starting his musical career. Diddy could not achieve this, however, as Bieber’s managers vehemently denied the producer this role. This is where Usher comes into play, as he then assumes the role of Bieber’s mentor, which grants him temporary guardianship of the boy. With this guardianship, Usher then hands Bieber over to Diddy for 48 hours–a video online was even posted about it at the time. No one knows what happened during these 48 hours, although many suspect that Bieber was subjugated to awful things during this period of time. Many theorists believed Usher to have done this as he was also a previous victim of Diddy, since Usher confirmed in an interview that he had spent time at Diddy’s home when he was younger and witnessed things he would never want his own children to witness. It is speculated that Usher gave Bieber to Diddy as a way of “freeing himself” from Diddy’s clutches.

It is also confirmed that Bieber would continue to go to Diddy’s parties as years follow, but rather as a victim than a willing participant. This is supported by the numerous clips surfacing online of Bieber at the Diddy parties which showcase him looking, for lack of a better term, “out of it” and was likely very drunk, despite being only a teenager. Regardless of whether or not this is true, it is known that Bieber would suffer from mental health issues as he grew older and would speak out against his experience in the industry, saying he would wish no one else would experience what he went through. With all of these facts and theories, in addition to Bieber’s “Yummy” music video that strongly suggest Bieber was sexually assaulted as a child, it is no surprise as to why many believe that Bieber was, unfortunately, involved with Diddy. But, he is not the only one to be suspected of being affiliated with Diddy–far from it, in fact.

Pt 6: History & Affiliated People

With all the drama and accusations towards P Diddy, people have inevitably looked to see how those associated or affiliated with Diddy have reacted. Predictably, some have not reacted in any way, while others have condemned Diddy and his actions.

To understand the true story of Diddy and his crimes, it must be explained from the very beginning.

Career

Combs’ career started in 1990, at the age of 20, when he got an internship with Uptown Records. He then worked as a talent director, but struck gold three years later: in 1993, Bad Boy Entertainment was created by Combs, who had become a producer at that point. Combs signed a few already famous artists, such as Biggie Smalls (Notorious BIG), Usher, and Mary Blige, which helped him to reach the peak of the music industry. With the insanely fast rise to success, Bad Boy Records (based in New York) and Death Row Records (based in California) experienced rising tensions.

Affiliations

Suge Knight & Jake Robles

Tensions extended far beyond sales and popularity, as the CEO of Death Row (Suge Knight) claimed Diddy to be responsible for the death of his friend Jake Robles. Apparently, Diddy’s bodyguard had shot Robles, and Knight was quick to directly blame Diddy. Authorities were never able to confirm who killed Robles.

Suge Knight would make various scathing comments and accusations towards and about Diddy throughout the years such as“Diddy beat the **** out of her [Cassie]. I shouldn’t say that because we’re trying to protect her image. But he beat the **** out of her.”

2Pac & Biggie Smalls

Tensions soared when Death Row signed 2Pac (Tupac Shakur) and Shakur accused Diddy and Biggie of being involved in an incident where three armed men shot 2Pac in the lobby of Quad Studios. Shakur and Biggie were originally friends, but this incident started their friendship’s disintegration.

As if things couldn’t get any worse, 2Pac was shot and killed in September 1996, and in March of 1997, Biggie was also shot and killed. Both murders were investigated yet officially unsolved.

Duane Davis & Fouse

Even so, Duane Davis was arrested in 2023 and charged with a count of murder with a deadly weapon in relation to Shakur’s death. He claimed that Diddy paid him $1 million to kill Shakur, but his nephew was the one who actually killed Shakur. Davis’ trial will be in March 2025. Allegedly, a gang member called Wardell Fouse was hired by Suge Knight to kill Biggie for $13,000. However, no one was prosecuted formally due to a majority of people involved being dead.

LeBron James

At one point, Diddy started hosting parties, and over the years, they gained tremendous popularity. It was said to be a one-of-a-kind experience: so many people were vying to be invited, as only “A-list” celebrities were there. After all, “there ain’t no party like a Diddy party,” as said by LeBron James. However, after a point, the parties started gaining attention for supposed illegal activities and their level of wildness.

Jennifer Lopez (& Jamal Barrow)

Likewise, over the years, Diddy also started gaining attention for illegal activities outside of those parties. One of the most infamous events occurred in December 1999, when Combs, his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, their bodyguard, and a young rapper named Jamal “Shyne” Barrow were at a nightclub. Three people were shot, and Combs was accused by a witness of shooting them. Speculation goes that Diddy did shoot the people, but bribed Wardel Fenderson (his driver) to claim ownership of the gun and framed Shyne, who went to jail for charges of reckless endangerment, first-degree assault, and possession of a weapon.

Wendy Williams

Williams and Combs started their dispute in the ‘90s when Williams spoke out regarding Diddy on his radio show and was fired in 1998. She believes that he had a role in her losing her job. In her 2003 book, The Wendy Williams Experience, she claimed to have “a certain level of contempt for Puff” since he “single-handedly tried to ruin” Williams’ career. Despite this, she has stated that “But I don’t hate him.” She found later success with her talk show, The Wendy Williams Show. Seemingly, when Combs appeared on her show in 2017, they had mended their previous issues with each other. However, when Williams mentioned her 16 year old son, Diddy said that he met him backstage, which made Williams visibly flustered. She floundered for a few seconds before responding, leading many to believe that Combs was issuing a hidden threat or warning.

After Cassie and Diddy officially ended things in 2018, Williams responded with “I don’t believe he [Combs] really wants her [Cassie] back… I believe he probably treated her, at some point, like a possession. If you really cared then you’d reach out privately not publicly.”

Johnathan Oddi

In 2018, something that seemed completely irrelevant at the time occurred, and has only recently been connected with Diddy’s cases. This event was an odd interrogation of Jonathan Oddi. Oddi was an adult star who had been arrested for shooting up one of Donald Trump’s golf courses in Miami. During the interrogation he said, “I know P Diddy… He’s part of what’s called The Boule. The Boule is a branch of the Illuminati. I had a settlement with Sean. Okay? And he belongs to that agenda. That’s why he’s so famous, they land all the contracts… I’ve had sex with Cassie and Sean… I was like a “sex slave,” okay? For them, that’s what I was… I’ve had a great life. I’ve settled $5.125 million with Diddy. Okay, cuz he’s scared I was gonna expose him. I’ve seen the liquid cocaine, I’ve drank it myself. Having sex with Diddy and Cassie, okay? It’s not good. He drinks it all the time.” Although some of what he claims seems doubtable, his other claims align with those made in recent years.

Cassie Ventura

In 2023, Cassie filed an eye-opening civil lawsuit against Combs, her former boyfriend, making various allegations that greatly injured Combs’ reputation. More importantly, her case revolved around the years of physical, emotional, mental, and sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Diddy. Ventura’s case was a catalyst for a variety of other cases as well as a legal investigation.

Ray J

Shockwaves were sent throughout the entertainment industry, yet many celebrities have not shown a response to Diddy’s scandals. Often, silence often speaks louder than words. Whether this is due to celebrities’ involvement in Diddy’s crimes or a refusal to believe the accusation remains unseen. After all, Diddy was loved by the industry and the fans. As Ray J said, “For myself and I think a lotta other people in this industry, I mean it’s all a shock. Everybody is still trying to digest it and still tryin’ to understand it, and even though you know there’s still allegations and it’s not anything that’s factual yet, it’s hurtful and its confusing to a lot of people.”

Rodney Jones (Lil Rod)

For one, in 2023, Rodney Jones, a music producer, filed a civil lawsuit against Diddy, where he claimed that Diddy forced him to “bring prostitutes and sex workers back to his home in Miami, Florida” and that Diddy was also trafficking minors. Jones was also apparently a victim of being coerced into having sex by Diddy. He also claimed to have found out “Mr. Combs had hidden cameras in every room of his house” and “Mr. Combs has recordings of several celebrities, artists, music label executives, and athletes engaging in illegal activity at Mr. Combs’ functions… these individuals were recorded without their knowledge and consent… Mr. Combs possess compromising footage of every person who has attended his freak-off parities and house parties.”

Jose Cruz

Jones also claims that “Mr. Combs employs Jose Cruz as his IT director. This writer has spoken to several former employees of Mr. Combs, who confirmed that Jose Cruz is the gatekeeper to all of Mr. Combs recordings.

Christian Combs

In 2024, Combs’ son Christian Combs had a suit filed against him for allegedly drugging a woman and then attempting to have sexual relations with her.

Gene Deal

Gene Deal, former bodyguard for Combs, said “these are behaviors and things that were drugs and all the stuff that’s goin’ on, pills, drinkin’, it can make a man into a monster, and that’s what it did.”

Crystal McKinney

The raids on Diddy’s houses also inspired a few more lawsuits. Two months after the raids, Crystal Mckinney made a claim that in 2003, Combs sexually assaulted and drugged her in his studio, then proceeded to get her “blackballed” in the industry.

April Lampros

April Lampros followed and filed a suit against Diddy for similar crimes: he allegedly assaulted her four times, starting when she was a college student.

Dawn Richard

Dawn Richard was next, and she was a significant figure to be speaking out, as she had a history with Combs. She was once a part of a music group that Combs was in and supposedly witnessed the violence Combs committed against Ventura. Specifically, she saw “Mr. Combs brutally beat his girlfriend, Ms. Casandra… His persistent abuse included choking and strangling Ms. Ventura, striking her with his hands and objects, slapping her, punching her, and throwing items at her, including a scalding hot pan.” Richard also mentions incriminating evidence in her case, if able to be proven, on Combs’ other sexual assault crimes: “Mr. Combs would hold ‘parties’ where he would invite young men and women, who were often scantily dressed and appeared to be underage, to use drugs and engage in sex acts. Ms. Richard observed Mr. Combs and his colleagues kissing, groping, and inappropriately touching the young women.”

Mary J Blige

Mary J Blige received a ton of help from Diddy; due to him being her producer, her career was launched to a great star. After her first two albums, these two supposedly went their own ways and took different paths. However, they continued to collaborate occasionally in the following decades. On the day of the raids, Blige made an Instagram post:“Unfortunately, a lot of you all met me when I lacked boundaries and was a people pleaser. Let me reintroduce myself. I burn bridges as needed.” Most people believe this to be Blige officially cutting her connections with Diddy.

Jay Z (Foxy Brown, Dame Dash, Aaliyah, R Kelly)

Jay Z and Diddy are known to have been close friends for a very long time, and some consider them both to be monsters in regards to how they treat women. Jay Z is said to have had a sexual relationship with Foxy Brown when she was very young, about 15 years old. While there’s no evidence to support this, Dame Dash, Jay Z’s former business partner, has been supporting those claims. Dash and Jay Z were inseparable at first and basically built Roc-A-Fella Records together, but they eventually split. Dash cites Jay Z’s relationship with R Kelly as a huge cause, as once all the dirty secrets regarding R Kelly’s disgusting acts of sexual assault were revealed, Jay Z refused to cut off his relationship with R Kelly. Instead, those two even collaborated on an album ironically called “The Best of Both Worlds.”

Jay Z supposedly was also obsessed with the singer Aaliyah, who tragically died in a suspicious plane crash in 2001. Rumors flew that Diddy, R Kelly, and Jay Z were somehow involved in Aaliyah’s death. Jaguar Wright even claims that Jay Z was responsible for purposefully putting Aaliyah on a faulty plane as a punishment for rejecting Jay Z over and over. As a byproduct, Beyonce would also be elevated with Aaliyah’s absence.

Jay Z & Beyonce

Jay Z also started showing interest in Beyonce when she was just 16. He allegedly did not make a move on her until she was 18. However, according to Beyonce’s former bodyguard, Uncle Ron, Jay Z gave Beyonce substances when she was a minor in order to make her more pliable and easier to control, which sounds very familiar to Cassie’s story.

Reportedly, Jay Z and Beyonce have helped Diddy in covering up the events of the Freak Offs.

50 Cent

50 Cent has a long-standing feud with Diddy, starting in 2006 when 50 Cent released a song called “The Bomb,” where he suggested that Combs had a hand in Biggie Smalls’ death. After Diddy was arrested in September 2024, 50 Cent announced that he was creating a documentary around Combs with Netflix. 50 Cent has been negatively talking about Diddy for the past decade, which only further establishes the authenticity behind the accusations towards Combs.

Keri Hilson

Apparently, with the help of Diddy or Jay Z or both, Beyonce got rid of Keri Hilson’s career before it could even start after Hilson threw some shade at Beyonce in a song called “Turnin’ Me On.” However, Hilson has said that there is no bad blood between her and Beyonce, but that may not be the truth.

Cathy White

As seen in rumors, Cathy White was Jay Z’s mistress when he was married to Beyonce in the 2000s. However, she mysteriously died in 2011 about three days after Beyonce announced her first pregnancy. Unproven claims state that White was pregnant when she died. The official reports say that her death was due to a brain aneurysm, but others like Jaguar Wright claim that foul play was the real reason. An anonymous NYPD detective allegedly supported this claim by saying that the toxicology test and autopsy showed foul play, suspiciously mirroring Kim Porter’s death in 2018.

Meek Mill & Jason Haight

On November 19, 2024, a video was leaked by Haight of Meek Mill’s birthday party from May 2014. The video showed inappropriate content as well the identities of several artists such as Lil Durk and French Montana at a Diddy party. Haight was the property manager for the place of the party, called the Parisian Palace. He also revealed that Combs spent $25,000 to rent the place. One of Diddy’s assistants disclosed that Combs “requested that all interior bedroom door locks were to be ordered new and left unopened for their arrival for security purposes as they would need to supervise the installation.” Haight said that most of the 900 guests who showed up to this party participated in “drug-fueled festivities” and Combs himself was “wasted.” In addition, cocaine use was “rampant” and Haight was able to collect about half an ounce of cocaine from the leftovers.

Uncle Ron

Uncle Ron died in September of 2024 at the age of 59. His official cause of death is unknown, but on the internet, theories circulate that he died of pneumonia. Again, this pattern of dying of pneumonia is wildly suspicious, especially concerning Porter’s common encounters with the disease as mentioned previously.

It is suspected that Diddy somehow had Uncle Ron killed, as in a video a while before he died, he said that “Jay-Z and Diddy wanted Biggie killed bottom line… here’s a man [Biggie] that wanted to leave Bad Boy [Records]. He wanted to do his own thing. He mentioned several times that he was tired of being used and abused, that he was bigger than Bad Boy himself… Jay-Z wanted him out of the industry, period. It’s all business folks.”

Ice Cube

Ice Cube’s apparently been trying to expose the elites that Kanye West mentions. In June 2023, Cube posted a video on Twitter including his frustrations on how those elites are sabotaging him: “What makes them so mad is when you don’t want to part of a ******* club… What club am I talking about? I’m talking about the club of gatekeepers that we all got to deal with. You know who they are, and they definitely know who they are.”

Ice Cube insinuates that many of these big names not only know what the others are guilty of, but they actually actively help protect and cover up each others’ crimes.

Usher & Justin Bieber

As stated previously, Usher and Justin Bieber have both been heavily linked to Diddy, both of which have been highly speculated to be victims of Diddy. Usher had spoken before in an interview regarding his time living with Diddy at only 13 years old, saying he witnessed and done things he would never allow his own children to see or do. However, that did not stop him from inflicting that experience on the young, 15 year old Bieber, whom he had left alone with Diddy for a full 48 hours.

A video of Diddy and Bieber was posted right before this, with not anything suspicious occurring within the recording. However, another video of the two was posted not too long after when Bieber was 17, indicating something much different. In the video, Bieber appeared to be very nervous around Diddy, avoiding eye contact, muttering, and stumbling over his words when talking to him, which was far different to his demeanor when he was 15 years old. The reason as to why was because Diddy was essentially “grilling” Bieber, asking where Bieber had been and why the latter wasn’t contacting him, which is not only extremely weird for a grown man to say to a teenager, but also seems akin to something an obsessive ex would say. Even years later when the two would reunite, the weird behavior would continue. A short clip was released of the two meeting up again when Bieber was an adult, where Diddy would check to see if a wire was on Bieber’s body. Even though that is already strange, it seems even stranger as Bieber completely stills and tenses up as Diddy touches and prods the younger man’s body in a very uncomfortable manner. Afterward, Diddy would go on as normal, while it can be seen that Bieber still looks very disoriented.

Bieber has spoken out about his treatment in the industry and how he experienced many traumatic experiences during his time as a young popstar. Because of his experiences, Bieber would become close with the young star, Billie Eilish, as he has stated in interviews that he wants to protect her from the experiences he had faced at her age. After Diddy’s arrest, Bieber would refuse to comment on it for his family’s safety. Usher would take a similarly silent approach, albeit in a far more suspicious manner, by deleting every single one of his tweets right after Diddy’s arrest, claiming he was hacked.

Beckham Odell Jr.

For those who don’t recognize the name, Beckham is a football player for the Miami Dolphins. Although there was no indication he was ever linked with Diddy, videos have been posted showing that Beckham may have been involved in the freak-offs and, unfortunately, involved with Justin Bieber. In a short video of not the best camera quality, a very disoriented looking Bieber is in frame, with a confused expression and glossy lips. In the background of said video, Beckham is seen pulling up his pants and looking very shocked when seeing he is being recorded. Although the video is very short and doesn’t provide too much information, it leaves an array of theories and speculations regarding the two and what they were doing.

Will Smith

Beckham Odell Jr. isn’t the only one who has been practically exposed to have done possibly career-ruining sexual acts. One of the most famous actors in America has also been highly speculated to be involved with Diddy. As stated earlier, Will Smith was supposedly having sexual relations with Diddy, as stated in Porter’s alleged memoir. It has also been rumored that Smith has been intimately involved with other celebrities, such as Duane Martin. Even if the rumors never evolve into facts, it is still very damaging to the man’s reputation.

Naomi Campbell

Naomi Campbell is a model who is already notorious for being involved in scandals similar to Diddy. For instance, Campbell has been affiliated with Clive Davis, a known pedophile, and even Jeffrey Epstein. Since Campbell was supposedly on the Epstein list, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to say she could also be on the Diddy list, especially since she is known to be close with the producer and even called him her brother in a happy birthday post on Twitter.

Oprah Winfrey

Almost all of the pieces of information surrounding Oprah Winfrey in relation to Diddy are unfounded and based on rumors. However, a lot of people seem to suspect Winfrey of being involved in nefarious acts and therefore attempting or have already fled the country.

Jamie Foxx

Although not much is known, Porter wrote in her “memoir” that Diddy and Foxx supposedly got into a scuffle, albeit the details are not clear as to what the fight was about. After this, Foxx was found to be in a coma, speculated to have been caused by Diddy.

Rihanna

Information regarding Rihanna’s involvement is very controversial, as some see her as a victim and some see her as supporting Diddy’s actions and even being involved in the freak-offs. Evidence pointing toward her being a victim is an encounter she had with Jay-Z when she was only 16 years old. It is said that Rihanna was led into a private room with Jay-Z on the tenth floor and Jay-Z threatened her to sign her first record deal after hours of negotiation, as he would throw her out the window if she refused. Reportedly he kept her there until 3AM until she eventually signed. Although there is no official source of where this information originated from, it is widespread enough that it should be stated and taken into consideration.

Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart has allegedly spoken out against Combs before, but after footage was leaked of Hart at a Diddy party, Hart has received immense backlash. Supposedly, his wife is considering divorce after the FBI reportedly revealed explicit footage of him from the Diddy raid.

Janice Combs

AKA Diddy’s mother, yes you read that right. Janice is known to be involved in Diddy’s freak-offs and is in full support of her son’s endeavors, as hegavily implied when Janice and her son kissed on the lips in a newly resurfaced video. Additionally, one of the many lawsuits filed against Diddy claimed that Janice was in on it since the beginning. The person who filed the lawsuit (who is still anonymous) stated she was raped by Diddy, and when she threatened to tell the police, Janice spoke to her directly, demanding her to not report Diddy to the authorities and to just stay silent. Overall, not a good look for her.

Kanye West (and the Kardashians)

Similarly to Rihanna, many are undecided as to whether or not Kanye is with or against Diddy. Many sources claim the two to be friends, while many other sources claim the opposite. Many theorists say the reference to Diddy’s 50ft bed in Kanye’s “Famous” music video was a cheeky nod to the man, while many others say it was a warning to the public. Some even say that Kanye was protecting Taylor from Beyoncé at the VMAs in 2009, although that falls more so in conspiracy territory. What is undeniable, however, is that Kanye has explicitly spoken out against the Elites of Hollywood. In a recording, he is filmed in a car as the cameraman questions him. The exchange goes as follows:

Kanye: You got what I’m saying; they can control Shaq, they can control Charles Barkley, they can control LeBron James, they can control Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Cameraman: But not you man?

Kanye: But they can’t control me saying ain’t no name I won’t name… my mama was sacrificed. You understand? …Michael Jordan. What about him? His dad, right? Bill Cosby, his son, right? Dr. Dre, his son. You know, in Hollywood, a lot of people come up missing.

Although his allegiance is questionable, it is undeniable that Kanye knows something that the general public doesn’t. This exchange also makes it seem that Kanye is very much against Diddy, as some have believed. More evidence of this is when Kanye gives Diddy the BET award in 2022, where many believed Kanye to be threatened by Diddy to do so due to the former’s supposed nervous demeanor and the fact that Kanye’s face was fully covered up.

Despite these moments, there are still also plenty of other instances where Kanye is believed to have been allied with Diddy. Niykee Heaton, a less well-known singer, has claimed that she was sexually assaulted by both Diddy and Kanye, years before this case became as popular as it is today. Although there is no solid proof of this, it would be idiotic to immediately dismiss this story because of that, as it still has credence.

In addition, the Kardashians have been seen at Diddy parties in multiple videos and are known to be affiliated with the producer. Many of these videos were made when Kim and Kanye were still together, causing many to theorize that Kanye was also at these parties. Generally, Kanye is a very polarizing figure and many are unaware of where he stands with Diddy, which makes perfect sense for his character.

Katt Williams & Orlando Brown

Surprisingly, a comedian was the one who brought the morally dubious undertones of the Diddy parties to popular consciousness, that being Katt Williams. Williams would make many references to Diddy parties in interviews, not afraid of saying that he knew what was going on. Williams would claim that he was only invited to a Diddy Party once, and during that time, a large group of celebrities were brought to a different room in the mansion, where no one else was allowed to follow. He is also quoted as saying, “I’ve had to turn down $50 million four times, four times, just to protect my integrity and that [bleep] [bleep] I was telling you about, cuz P Diddy be wanting the body, and you gotta tell him no… I did.”

Williams isn’t the only comedian to have spoken out against Diddy, as Orlando Brown did the exact same thing. However, Brown is known to put on a crazy and wild persona, causing many to not believe his claims. There is even a video of Brown saying that he fears for his life because he found out too much. But, again, this was taken lightly due to his comedic persona.

Jaguar Wright

Wright has recently come into popularity as her interviews regarding Diddy have recently resurfaced after Diddy’s arrest. Wright has made many claims about the music producer, as well as many other celebrities, and holds herself in a very confident manner. Wright has stated that celebrities such as Stevie J., Jennifer Lopez, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, and Rick Ross should be charged and continues further to say that Usher should be charged and even tried with Diddy. Wright also spoke about Cathy White and how Diddy should speak out about what happened to her. Similarly, Wright says that Hype Williams should do the same about Aaliyah, as he was the one who insisted she be put on the plane that ended her life. Wright comments that the reason she knows so much information in the first place is because she was in an intimate relationship with Williams’ assistant, so he better come clean.

Among many other claims, Wright even said that there is a video tape being sold on the dark web involving Diddy and Bieber. And when asked about 50 Cent, who is also known to be against Diddy, Wright states that 50 Cent isn’t against Diddy because he disagrees with Diddy’s actions, but because he wants the power Diddy has. When asked whether or not Wright fears for her life for speaking out, Wright says that she would rather die with a voice than say nothing at all. Thankfully, she has very protective security that should, hopefully, keep her safe.

Eminem

Eminem has explicitly been against Diddy and has rightfully demeaned him multiple times, whether in his lyrics or in his spoken words. A popular lyric of his regarding Diddy is in his song, “Fuel,” where he says,

Got so many S-As (S-As), S-As (huh)

Wait, he didn’t just spell the word, “Rapper” and leave out a P, did he*? (Yep)

From this excerpt, along with Eminem’s many other derogatory remarks toward Diddy’s it’s safe to say that Eminem is one of the few celebrities people can be sure was not at the Freak-Offs.

Ultimately, P. Diddy is a cruel and immoral person who is more akin to a monster than a man. With each new allegation and lawsuit, more and more theories and pieces of evidence resurface incriminating both him and multiple other celebrities, causing many to wonder if anyone can be trusted within the industry. Even though it is extremely unlikely we will ever know all of the secrets regarding this massive case, people around the world can only hope that his victims will receive justice and P. Diddy will be put behind bars for the rest of his life.
