Throughout my entire life, I have known so much about superheroes and their powers. I first heard about and watched Superman and Spiderman. Then I gained interest in the rest of those big names you hear, like the Hulk, Iron Man, Batman and many others from DC and Marvel.

On Christmas Day, another movie helped add yet another chapter to my love for superheroes. I spent the day at my cousins house and at one point while we were there, we saw Wonder Woman 1984. Despite mixed reactions among my family, I think it happened to be a very good film. I like that they made it a more hybrid movie, with some superhero powers and some scenes that leave out any superpower displays. The graphics in this movie also stood out to me. Wonder Woman has a really cool looking outfit and her superpowers, plus her weapons, are really attractive. Even her husband acts as an ally while fighting their opponents, which paves the way to Wonder Woman showing us who she really is.

Just because a film might not be entirely full of what it is meant to be, I still give Wonder Woman 1984 a positive review. On a scale from 1-10, I would give it an 8 because it keeps the balance between superhero themed and those scenes that are not. Whether it’s at the movies or at home, I definitely recommend you checking that movie out!
