Self love is an important factor in life. In order to become something in life, you need to be content with yourself, or you’re just gonna be miserable. Not only does how you treat yourself affect you, it also affects your peers around you. If you are not happy with yourself it’s hard to be nice to others and treat them the way they should be treated. Taking time in your day to do something for yourself is a great way to go. For example, it doesn’t matter what time or day it is, but just take a break from whatever you are doing and just say to yourself why you’re worthy, some things you have accomplished and what you have to be proud of. Little things like that can slowly begin to change your perspective on yourself and everything around you. A lot of people around the age 10-26 deal with anxiety, depression, etc. At those ages you’re growing up and it gets harder, life will always throw hardships at you, but you either can grow from it or not. Self love really defines your actions and success. In order to be able to grow as a person, you need to find love within yourself to live a happy life. Meditation, writing in a journal, speaking to someone, even finding a hobby, are all good examples of things you can do to grow. It’s always okay to open up and tell someone close how you feel.
